A 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS TAKEN ONCE WE HAVE ORGANISED YOUR INVOICE.

YOUR EVENT DATE WILL NOT BE SECURED UNTIL THIS IS PAID IN FULL

HOWEVER WE DO OFFER A 1 WEEK GRACE PERIOD WHILE WE ORGANISE YOUR REQUESTS

WE RECOMMEND BOOKING YOUR DATE AT LEAST 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE

 

ORDER CHANGES

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND PAID FOR WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY CHANGES DUE TO LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY.

WE ARE HOWEVER HAPPY FOR YOU TO ADD ITEMS TO YOUR ORDER IF THEY ARE AVAILABLE AND TIME ALLOWS

50% BOOKING DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

DAMAGED, LOST OR BROKEN ITEMS

IF AN ITEM IS UNRETURNED, BROKEN OR DAMAGED, PAYMENT OF FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE OR REPAIR IS REQUIRED WITHIN 7 DAYS.
